Bell Tower Partners was formed by to two seasoned operating executives for the purpose of acquiring a company. We seek niche product and service businesses that can truly differentiate themselves within their respective industries. Our primary objective is to grow acquisitions through a growth strategy by providing the unique combination of “hands-on” management expertise and capital. We are not a private equity firm. We are operators with an ownership stake.


Our focus is small and medium sized privately held businesses in northeastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire/Maine. We develop and drive the execution of a growth strategy by providing the necessary strategic direction, corporate development, marketing and sales, financial restructuring, and general business guidance. Bell Tower Partners is operated by two experienced operating veterans with diverse backgrounds.
