Kewsong Lee
Founder & CEO
Kewsong Lee is the founder and CEO of BellTower Partners. Prior to BellTower, he was the Chief Executive Officer of The Carlyle Group. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Lee spent 21 years as a senior partner at Warburg Pincus, where he was also a member of the Executive Management Group.
Mr. Lee is currently the Chairman of the Board of Ascot Group Limited and Co-Chair of the United Soccer League. He is also Chairman of Lincoln Center Theater and the Vice Chair for the Partnership for New York City. He currently or previously has served on numerous public and private corporate boards, including TransDigm, Arch Capital Group, Neiman Marcus, Knoll, and Aramark.

We leverage deep familiarity with the independent sponsor ecosystem to identify leading investors and well-positioned companies.
